Stayed her for a friend's wedding and couldn't have been happier. The location, rooms, and amenities are amazing but perhaps what's makes this place special is the incredible staff. Just about everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time and had everything we needed from food customizations to the shuttle to the airport. I may only get to go to Scotland once and I am glad I got to stay here.

Attended a close friends wedding: Brilliant attentive staff, fantastically well run, respected the COVID rules well, seamless service. We felt safe while having the best day celebrating the union of a magnificent couple. A fantastic wedding reception, a big thanks to great team who helped it run so very smoothly. We asked for help with lots of little things (such as: storing excess bags, water for bouquets navigating dietary requirements, and helping us when mobile signal was down) the staff were always eager to help. Carlos and Fiona take care of every detail and create a best in class customer service experience. Close to St. Andrews so some in our group golfed before going to the estate. We really had a perfect trip!
What a wonderful stay we had. We highly recommend this House Hotel. Carlos is a star and went out of his way to help with anything we needed. All the staff are friendly. The rooms are neat and clean. The food is delicious. Well worth a stay. Scotland at its best!
I don't think you could have a better wingshooting trip experience than what they offer at Craigsanquhar. Hospitality is unequaled, the shooting experience is genuine Scotland, and world class in every aspect. It's truly a bucket list type trip that has to be experienced to fully appreciate it. We had 7 shooters per day average, and averaged nearly 200 birds a day. With a lot of bad shooting. It's a true gentleman's hunt - tie, tweed jacket, breeks, garters, Scottish flat cap. Frequent breaks for food and local drinks, lunch, coffee, etc. All birds are picked up by an army of amazing British labs that don't miss a thing. The gamekeepers are professionals that clearly had done the work to make this experience unequaled. Just stop thinking about it, dig out your tie and breeks, and go immerse yourself in genuine local Scotland for a few days. You won't regret it.
We cannot thank Craigsanquhar enough for going above and beyond at our wedding last week. Fiona and the team were fantastic, so polite, service was perfect and the food was amazing! One or 2 last minute changes were not a problem for the team and everything ran super smooth and we had a fantastic day with all our guests. Paul Webster the piper played beautifully! Fiona's organisation was truly incredible and she checked in with us at various stages after we had booked and came up with ideas to make a covid wedding special. We also had a lovely stay in the Villa and were hugely impressed with gorgeous rooms and breakfast hamper. If we could give more stars, we would.
We celebrated our daughter's 21st with a family lunch at this excellent establishment. The staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was intimate and relaxed. The setting is stunning. Cannot recommend highly enough.
